Nah. It's not a requirement at all. The only real drawback about not being visible here (or elsewhere) is that we don't have as much of a feel for who you are. Actually, there are other drawbacks.....missing lots of the fun here, etc. But, that won't keep you from taking part in NEST. We'll help you through the process. It just might mean an extra exchange of e-mails. No worries. I'll be away for a few days, however. (Hubby is on vacation this week.) So, if you don't hear back as quickly as you'd like, that's the reason. If I don't get to you before I leave, I'll be in touch next week. :D

There are,its seems,going to be a record number of first timers at NEST this year,myself among them.What you get out of it depends a lot on what you expect to get out of it.In my case,i have a number of friends i have not met in person but have gotten to know by phone,e-mail etc.

Its more of a social event for many of the old timers,but i'm sure you will have a good time meeting people in person.Thats my main goal as a first timer,anything beyond that is a bonus :D
