it is in windows media format...you just have to download it from rapidshare. just hit the free button and wait your turn. and there is a sticky at the top of the page saying you are not allowed to complain about video formats.

I cant download clips from rapidshare on AOL for some reason. i have to do it from internet explorer. but it works fine there.
