Kate had the ball again for Game Four. She pitched like herself, allowing but two runs in her eight innings of work. Unfortunately, the Brewers were better, as they shut out Paradise, 2-0, to tie the series at two games all, and send it back to Paradise, for a deciding fifth game on Sunday night.

However, trailing 4-1, Tom Glavine unraveled in the sixth, as the Good Guys hammered him for four runs to take back the lead. After the final out, Duff tossed her glove in the air, falling to her knees, and looking at the sky, as her teammates gathered around her, running in from the field, and charging out of the dugout! Once more, Paradise had rebounded, from a bitter, heartbreaking loss, to wind up as Champions! It had been a rough postseason, but the Good Guys had perserved. They had flattened the Brew Crew, mystified the Mets, and slayed the Yankees, and here they were, at the top of the mountain, once again!
