Brief Foot Tickle-Twice, In Movie "Fracture"

Today I saw the movie "Fracture", starring Anthony Hopkins, and Ryan Gosling. In the film, there was foot tickling, twice. The character who played Anthony Hopkins wife, an actress by the name of Embeth Davitz, was foot tickled twice, as her character was supposedly unconscious. One of the police officers assigned to her case, reached down, and tickled her foot. It shows how Ms Davitz's bare toes flex back. A minute later, he did it again, and again, the bare toes flex back. The officer explained how the character was in a coma, and the toes flexing was reflexive reaction, due to stimuli, but that the character was still unconscious. As I watched it, the toes flexing looked real, so it could be that the tickling in fact did tickle the actress, and the flexing of the toes was her way of reacting.
The movie was very good, and worth seeing, for more than just the brief tickling scene, but, as it was some tickling, I figured I'd post it.
If anyone else has seen this movie, and this scene, feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

How far into the movie was it?

I have it downloaded via bittorrent. I saw a nurse check her reflexes twice in the hospital but not a cop.

It may well have been a nurse, yes. To tell you the truth, in that scene, I was paying more attention to the tickle itself, than who did it.
I dont know exactly how far into the movie it is. Also, someone else posted another thread about this scene, so this thread is technically a duplicate, but I didnt know that at the time I posted this one.
