TNE! Boston Gathering, Sept.29-30

This thread is to allow those of us interested in coming to this gathering to connect, get acquainted, share interests and issues and, at the very least, tell ME if you want to and CAN come on these dates. This is not the first New England tickle event, but it is a culmination of alot of disorganized rumblings and desires here on TMF and beyond. :hipoke:

Dates have been changed from Sept.29-30 to OCTOBER 13-14, 2007.

We do not have a definite location yet, but have some viable and safe/secure/discreet options. Ideas on any issue are welcome. Connect with SteelJaw also about this gathering. I will be amassing a list of those coming and will be asking for information from people to make sure everything is a good fit.

This is a great idea to actually pick a date. I might be able to weasel my way up there for a few hours as I can get to the Boston area in an hour give or take. For me, the northeastern MA area (Danvers/Peabody/Newburyport) would be more difficult, anywhere else in the 128/eastern MassPike or 495 area would make it more possible for me and probably convenient for a lot of area people. Good luck...I hope this happens!

We already shifted the date twice to be accommodating....remember this is just one gathering...we can have as many as we can stand! I urge any interested to join Tickle New England! so that it might be easier to organize gatherings of New England area ticklers/ees. If we all join there, one email/post connects you with a bunch of other folks in the general area. What could be better than that? ;)

The Boston gathering in October is just the beginning! Let's definitely plan others to make sure all interested parties can make it to a gathering at some point. :dogpile:

and just to let you know...if we go ahead with the hotel idea, there will definitely be a money/dues/registration fee/contribution needed from everyone...., but it would also mean that we can play late (sorta) and have a limited number of people stay over if they are coming from far away, but then we get to play early again the next day..

Thinking of friday night meet and greet hang-out time, then play later, then have all day saturday for fun and games and communalizing/socializing, then check out sunday morning after maybe some early morning play if we are up to it and end with brunch somewhere...

The hotel we are thinking about is in Kenmore Square in Boston, near Fenway Park for any sporty-interested folk....(do baseball players tickle each other?!?) ; )

I have never had more fun in my life than I did at this weekends Tickle gathering! I met a few really awesome people whom I should think I am going to be friends with for a very long time. Saint and Mr. Miguu...You two are awesome! You made this Gathering (my first gathering) the most memorable experience of my and Shadowfox's lives and I think any other gathering we go to in the future is going to have a hard time adding up to this one. Lori and Way2...You two are like the big brother and sister that I just love to taunt into tickling me senseless, and you rose up to the challenge everytime...not without payback of course...hehehe but I'm very happy I got to meet you two. All in all...I can't wait to do this again! When I'm off at AIT, I'll be thinking of you guys in every tickle fight I manage to start!

I've said it personally and I will say it here. You're gathering was nothing short of a complete success. Even though this was my first gathering, I have learned so much. The core group of people who attended are like family to me (as much as one could be for a weekend's experience). Saint and P.E.T.E. were the perfect hosts and moderators...I couldn't imagine a better (or for that matter more ticklish) hosting couple.

I imagine the success of all gatherings completely depends on the right mix of people, and that was definitely the key to success this time. Simply put, having such high-quality people like our newbie veteran and her significant other, and especially Tickle Demoness and ShadowFox made me feel completely welcome.

All during the weekend I was saying to myself, "Boy, I hope that we will be able to keep this team of people together for future get-togethers, because this was the ultimate tickle super-group." Will we ever be able to replicate the same type of electric excitement that was so easily attained this past weekend? One might think so. Lord knows I certainly hope and pray that we do. Everyone could tell that due to having the right people, this turned out to be a pretty special event. When everyone left yearning for more gatherings just like this one on a regular basis, I think you may have stumbled on something really special.

As a sports fan I can only equate it to having a Super Bowl championship team after the victory. I sure do hope that all the superstars stay on the team for the next season.

I just wanted to thank everybody for welcoming my girlfriend and I so openly and completely.

Since it was our first gathering, I was nervous about how it would go - especially with my gf being there solo for a good portion of the time. I had nothing to be anxious about. All of you treated her - and me - with a tremendous amount of respect and words can't express how grateful I am for that.

A special thank you to our organizers. You couldn't have planned everything any better and the effort you put into the "extras" (gifts, etc.) was terrific.

I think it's unusual for a group of people to get along so well, so quickly. I really look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Mike and Way2 are evil ticklers! But I think Lorie was the worst of all of us. Lorie and Saint made a scary pair! And Way2 and I had our secret rivalry going on the whole time. I agree with Way2 though. It couldn't have been more fun. I also think that I have a knew found family in almost all of the people that where there this weekend. I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Well now that im a tad bit more rested and less sore. This weekend was a complete success. I do think however it could of been funner if we had a monkey knife fight thrown into the mix BUT... the moderators did there job well and escorted coco and momo out into the lovely landfill right next to the hotel :P lol. MrMiguu and Saint you both did very well in controling this rebelious group of teenage mobsters (ok ok maybe im not all that rested, ive come down with a cold and am alil tipsy on tylenol) Just as goofy and crazy as this post is, thats just what we experienced at the gathering this weekend. I want to thank,

MrMiguu for making Mary feel right at home, I knew things would go smoothy when she put her foot right on your shoulder lol. Granted I did fear for my life when you paid more attention to gettign her sock off then the road lol.

Saint, you are def a red head. Full of fire and life. You are def intouch with the kid in you which is what made me connect so well with you at the start. Thank you for everything including the gifts you and MrMiguu gave us, they will def come in handy. I wish i could of talked with you more, but thats what emails, messangers and phones are for :)

Way2, My much ticklish older brother from another mother lol. Thank you for treating Mary with such respect. Out of everyone there I think you tickled her the most, and vise versa lol. The rivalry you guys shared was adorible and Ill never forget how nice and respectful you were to her. I wasnt sure how Id feel about another guys fingers, or mouth on her would make me react but i didnt feel one bit of jeliously. I must say when I was taking my little rest I had fun watching you torture the shit outta her lol.

Lorie and Mike, I got to know Lorie a bit more then Mike, but as a whole I was very happy. Lorie was a vicious tickler and so enthusiastic. You made me feel good, knowing someone wanted to tickle me made me blush alil inside (dont tell anyone lol) Im not used to many people wanting to tickle me, only Mary lol and she got her wish. As did I have mine, Those were some tasty toes Lorie. I want to thank Mike in letting have my way with Lories feet thanks for offerign her up to us foot fanatics lol. It was a blast meeting you both and I pray we can meet again in the future. Its nice have couples as friends :)

Hello all! I too want to express my thanks for an unbelievable weekend. I was nervous for about 5 seconds and then it was pure fun! I have not met such a cool group of people in a long time! I am new to tickling and after this weekend I feel like I've been doing it for a long time. My Ler award was helpful in this :)

Saint and P.E.T.E, you both were wonderful. Incredibly gracious and warm. You made me feel so welcomed and I felt like I belonged there. You both are such peaceful, happy people. It is contagious! Thank you.

I made wonderful friends this weekend. I want to remain in touch with all of you and hopefully we can see each other soon! I need to keep my skills fresh :) I am still thinking about David and Mary's mouths on my feet. Brian, your foot rub was pure heaven. Way2, your tickling touch is AWESOME!!

I miss Lorie's partner .....M.....who in the last day showed his true colors (& handsome feet). Sweet yet relentlessly devious Lorie let us nibble those toes while everyone.....guys and gals....made him wiggle & squirm. It was a tickle moment that I'll never forget.

I miss Way2...you are a master tickler AND one of the craziest ticklee's I have ever met. I will never forget all of us ladies taking turns killing those cute feet of yours with fingers, mouths, teeth & all the other implements that everyone brought......I can't believe you didn't crack! I want to thank your wife for training you so well and letting us experience you.....I'm dying to meet her some day.....

I can't believe I missed a gathering right within my own town... I need details on how it was and if you plan to host another one... Btw --- I've been trying to get my gf into tickling and I think I'm making a bit of headway but any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
