What's the best way to get someone to write a story that you want to be written? Using a person that I would want in it? Any ideas?

You're talking about trying to get someone to fulfill your story requests? Well, the general way to do that is to fulfill a request for them in return, like a trade - for example, they write the tickling story that you want, in return for you similarly writing a tickling story for them; or maybe drawing them a fan picture.
