Peter Falk (columbo) feet tickled

I saw a movie a few years ago where peter falk had his feet tickled. he was pretending to be dead in a coroners lab. A private detective starts to tickle his soles which are sticking out from the covers,after a few seconds you then see peters face start to grin and then he pulls his feet away.

i'm sorry the name of the film was called big trouble (1986 i think)
