For me, it can be anywhere; at home, in a restaurant, a party, in the park.....just about anywhere. In a restaurant, for example, she and I can start by playing footsie and then once I get hold of her foot, I tickle her crazy. As long as it's enjoyable for me and her, that's what matters.
