Guiness World Records

Inspired by a discussion I had with a friend last night I checked out the Guiness World Record's site and all of a sudden wondered if there was anything like a 'Longest time getting tickled' record. I was almost surprised that there is none :shock:
I found at least 3 categories where it would fit in perfectly:
'Courage and endurance', 'Marathon efforts' or even 'Mass participation' :jester:
I think it's a shame we're not in there. What do you think?
So if anyone wants to get 'famous'.... ;)

I noticed there was no record a long time ago, but there is no possible way to determine who is actually ticklish and who was faking , and if they are ticklish to what degree versus any other lee, in other words how can one level the field in order to set an actual record ?

Azrael , your point is taken, in fact you stated the difficulty better than I could. Someone who is less ticklish could endure longer than one who was super ticklish, so how do you set a record with those standards ?

Hi Everybody,
Great thread by the way.
Alright lets see if this makes any sense to anyone.
In my experience being tickled and before I tell you them let me first say I'm straight.

But I had two seperate guys tickle me once one without a blindfold covering my eyes. The experience I had with tickler 1 was good he did a good job alright.

But Tickler 2 oh my God not being able to see where he was going to tickle me next had my senses hightened to the max.
And when he lightly tickled my feet with his feather my reaction was like a rocket launching into outter space.

So that's what I believe needs to happen to the elected ticklee either if she/he wants it or not they need to be blindfolded.

Just my 2 cents on the topic.

P.S. And if there are any female ticklers needing a subject
I'd happily volunter for the assignment after all it's for a worlds record.
