ohohoho, duuuuude!

Apparently those are from the same guy who had the "tickleague" website
(http://www.angel.ne.jp/~defiant/index.html) some time ago, the name's 嶺本八美 (no, I have no idea how it's spelled...) I tried emuleing it and quite a few comics turned up, too bad the tickle content is minimal.

Neat, i searched the Japanese characters you posted and it seems that it led me to this author.

hatsumi ryomoto, it's possible this is the romanization of that name, but then again they showed up on a lot of unrelated non-Japanese sites too so you can't be sure.

He wrote a large manga with underaged content in it, some tickling but mostly usual sort of lolicon, however it was very well drawn, and there was a excellent toad/tenticle tongue/vore scene.

I found a megaupload page that holds the whole book in rar form, but i won't post the link here, please pm if you want the link, or you can try finding it yourself by googling the author's name.
