Brother Whare Art Thou? M/M

Jake Farmer laid on his bunk, trying to figure out a way to bust out of the chain gang. He was a minor problem to the local police. He had done time for small thefts, but now he was on the chain gang for attempting to rob the First National Bank in Sonoma. He would have gotten way, too if he hadn't messed up the robbery note. He wrote on the paper to have the clerk empty as much money into the bag as she could. He clerk was a frail woman who had glasses as thick as coke bottles. she kept asking Jake what was on the paper.

As she kept asking him to read the note , another clerk pressed the silent alarm, sending a message directly to the police station. Jake got all flustered when he heard the sirens wailing down the street. As he ran out of the bank, the cops drove up and pulled their guns out, demanding that he stop and put his hands on his head.

After Jake was captured and tried, he was sent to the county chain gang to work at hard labor. He shared his cell with a squirrelly little man, who was scared of his own shadow. Jkaw woubndered what such a frady cat was doing on the chair gang. His name was Winston and he was in for killing a security guard at the super market.

After a few months passed by, Jake began to trust Winston and told him of a plan he was hatching up to escape from the gang.
