Funny- I just stumbled across this last night, myself. It's actually not a game show- it's from a DVD entitled The Gaman II (The Endurance, en Englais). I could probably dig up the preview trailer if people want it. Interesting, player- thanks for posting. I do not recognize the film, but it is Japanese. It looks like it's probably mid to late 60s, mainstream Japanese cinema. There were a number of films with undertones of S & M and erotica produced in the country around that time: Gate of Flesh, Woman of the Dunes, Onibaba, The Pornographers, etc. However, I'm not familiar with and haven't seen any pink films, per say, so you could be right, player.
