In a remote part of the Pacific Ocean, there is a small island, a penal colony long known for it's horrible conditions and it's treacherous warden, who is cruel in his punishments. Only the worst prisoners are sent to this island... Devil's Island!
Devil's Island is surrounded by shark infested waters, making escape nearly impossible. For those who try to escape and are unfortunate enough to be caught, punishment is swift and cruel.
Many wardens have run this island, but none as cruel as Warden Zendar. Warden Zendar is peculiar man with an unusual interest which he uses for punishment. He is a cold man with only one passion which drives him and which has confined him to this particular penal colony.
Zendar takes "special interest" those inmates who are ticklish. He, himself is horribly ticklish and had been incarcerated in a prison camp during the war, where he was tortured by being constantly tickled by his jailers. By the time he was rescued, a deep psychological impairment set in and he sought out ticklish inmates to play out his anger at being tormented and fear of being tickled. Because he is fearful, he has never employed a personal tickler, thinking that the tickler would go too far, but Zendar becomes aroused when an inmate is being tortured or punished by guards who are hand picked by Zendar himself for their tickling skill and ticklishness.
Zendar was sent to Devil's Island as it's warden because of his use of tickling as punishment instead of the usual flogging or piking the prisoners in the hot sun, etc. Once there, his anger at being posted to Devil's Island took over and he began his ticklish reign of terror.
Zendar knew of an expert tickler and brought him to the Island to see who among his guards were ticklish and to train them in the skill if tickling and tickle torture. Zendar watched as each of his guards where brought in to Master Warlock.
Warlock was an expert tickler, who was trained deep in the Hidden City in China by the masterful oriental ticklers. Part of his training included his under going routine tinkling's and a session or two if tickle torture. Warlock proved to be a tickler's delight, being extremely ticklish everywhere. He, unlike Zendar, embraced his extreme ticklishness and brought his personal tickler to help relieve him of the "stress" of tickle sessions.
Unknown to Zendar, Warlock thirsted to tie and tickle Zendar and push him to his ticklish limits. He nearly had Zendar in his hands, but Zendar managed to wriggle free.
Each guard was taken to the chamber and stripped and tied into a special chair with foot stocks attached. Zendar anxiously watched as each guard writhed and wiggled ticklishly as Warlock applied his long,pointed nails to their naked , ticklish skin, their laughter arousing Zendar and making his own ticklish nature stir uncomfortably.
After the guards were tested, Warlock began their training as ticklers and torturers. Warlock used prisoners that he knew were ticklish as training bate for the guards. He also used the more ticklish guards as "victims" as well.
Zendar could hear the loud giggling from the training compound and nearly went crazy as his own ticklish nature tried to kick in.
Warlock purposely planted a spy to watch Zendar's reactions as ticklish laughter seeped into Zendar's office. The spy was Warlock's own personal tickler,Avery. Avery informed Warlock of Zendar's reactions. Warlock waited for Zendar to become overwhelmed by the incessant laughter of the ticklish "victims" being tickled by the guards.
On this day, Warlock made the tickle training loud and the sounds of laughter filled Zendar's office. Soon, Zendar began sweating and shifting uncomfortably in his chair. As the laughter got louder, Zendar began rubbing his body, small quiet giggles escaping. He paced back and forth, soft giggles slipping out.
Avery knocked on the door and approached Zendar cautiously. "Are you alright?" Avery could see that Zendar was set with perspiration. Zendar turned nervously toward Avery. "No..I-I'm not alright. The giggling and laughter from the training sessions has.... well n-never m-mind!" Avery knew that Zendar was ripe for Warlock's advances and reported this back to Warlock, who smiled inwardly.
