i was channle surfing as always about 11am and I found this cartoon
called little bear when I was younger I use to read the books they made
cartoon out of it anyway the girl and little bear are swiming
and the girl says while laughing "hey that tickles" then they go to there feet,fish are nibbling at there wiggling toes,I was about to change it when theses otters came on swam cirlcles while saying ti's name the girl says while the otter swims around her hip "and that tickles" then that was

Yeah, I remember that one. Not very good, but at least we had the girl getting tickled as well as that damn bear. I hate little bear.
