She frantically wondered what he meant by “This little show on the road,” and what he was going to do to her. She tried to compose her thoughts and keep calm; trying so that he wouldn’t hurt her. She wanted to cry out for help but her voice had suddenly ceased to function. She wanted to break free of his grip, but if she fought him he might do real harm to her. A scent of perfume interrupted her thoughts and she frantically wondered if she wasn’t the first woman he’d grabbed. The thought of him being a serial whatever was really blowing her senses and she was now beginning to panic. She couldn’t look at him as the lights were off and so her sense of touch was working overtime to compensate. She felt his right hand slowly exploring her chest, her tight tank top allowing him to follow the contours of her upper body and not miss a breast or rib. She squirmed at his touch and jerked as he lightly pinched each of her nipples, then caressed her ribs again.
