I have been unable to purchase any clips on Clips4Sale for 2 days now? Is anyone else having trouble?

It's been somewhat frustrating for us vendors too, since we couldn't update our stores. But things appear to be back to normal now, and I'm sure the work the C4S people put into the site was worth the inconvenience.

Well my problem is that one time I got charged on my CC for a particular order 5x!! My first reaction was to call my CC and tell them, which I did. They removed the duplicate charges, but also charged C4S. Now C4S is upset with me and want me to pay for half of the fees incurred before allowing me to purchase from them again. I understand that I was in violation of the "refund policy", which I neglected to read beforehand. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I feel bad but I don't wanna pay a fee to continue to give them business. Not sure what to do...

Maybe you pressed the button for placing the order more than once? It happens.

I find this rather surprising. They don't like cases of chargeback, that's for sure. I hate it too. But in this case you obviously ordered the same thing several times, so asking for a refund was justified. It gives them a bit more work, but otherwise it seems to me that they should be fine with it.

I have always found their customer service pretty reliable. If you tell them about a problem you are having, they generally sort it out. I think They just want first go at sorting a problem out before the banks become involved.
