Oh, I think there's a significant difference. Guys like hot lesbians because there’re HOT! Girls like gay guys because they make great friends. The motivation for watching each respectively is quite different.

I began watching at first for the smoking hot lesbian sex and then became an actual fan. (I teared when Dana died).

The premise of the show is great: sexy lesbians just hang out all day drinking latte's and partying. They don't work or do anything but have sex. And according to the show, everyone in Los Angeles is a Lesbian. Everyone. Chicks. Dudes. Lesbians.
