Where can I find old stuff from VidTech and Prestige?

I don't know if you'll find them on Clips4sale. I think most of the people on Clips4sale are either independant and/or amateur producers.

Prestige/Platinum is no longer in biusiness. I've seen one or two segments of videos on clips4sale, but it's hard to say if they have been licensed out or what. I do know quite few videos can be found on non clip sites such as this:

They are usually under the company title of "Gentleman's Video." Vid-tech can also be found there:
