I just bought the game ICO for the Playstation 2 system, and I gotta tell ya, It is freakin' amazing. From the breathtaking graphics to the mindbending puzzles, this game has it all. It is a love story on top of that.....You begin to actually care what happens to Ico and Yorda. The difficulty is perfect, because if you take a few minutes to examine your surroundings, you will almost always have an idea of what to do next. If you do not like games that make you use your head instead of your trigger finger, don't bother. But if you give ICO a chance, you will find a game that is like no other.....It is my personal fav. game of all time. My only knock is that the game is a little too short. It can be topped in 10 hours. Other than that, it is perfect. I consider this game more than a game. It is art. It is a game not everyone will like, but one that everyone should play. It is beyond amazing.

ICO = 10 of 10.

I will also submit reviews of my other PS2 titles if requested.

I have:

Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
Final Fantasy X
Gran Turismo 3
Twisted Metal Black
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3
NBA Street
SSX Tricky
WWF Smackdown!: Just Bring It
ICO

Can ya tell I love my PS2?? LOL :D

you MUST try Grand Theft Auto III and Max Payne!
I like tony hawk 3, great gameplay... the "revert" is a welcome addition to the trick list... I recommend finishing with one character first before employing the "cheats"

Books are boring. I think games are fun. You may not like them, but that still does not give you the right to be a smart ass about it.

you can't own a ps2 and not own GTA3! The graphics are sweet (fog effects, broken car doors, bloody footprints when you run over a corpse) the music is great (and funny) and the gameplay is SWEET! pick up a rocket launcher, run into a crowded street and blow some people up!
i could go on about this game for a LONG time...

also, i have THPS3 + MGS2, both great.

Some books are ok.....Red, you have used that phrase before on this forum, many times. Can't you come up with something new to try and offend us?? :D

Resident Evil Code Veronica is my fave game on my PS2. Wholesome Blood-Splattered Goodness! I played it right to the end and it was great all the way through. There are so many Zombies on screen at once, you will pee your pants at least once! Play it with the lights off, late at night, on your own..... ;)

I just got Shadow Man: 2econd Coming. It's great, i loved the original for N64. I recommend you guys getting it, well at least renting it.

By the way, anybody in the US played/heard about the RoboCop game? I am a huge fan of the Robo films (I'd Buy That For A Dollar! ;) ) and it is coming out here in the UK soon and i was thinking of getting it.
