Here's all the celebrities I can remember getting tickled on their bellies (real life, not movies):
Brooke Shields - In the National Enquirer, about 3 years ago, in the front of the magazine where they have all the 'tidbits' about the stars there was a picture of Brooke Shields with the caption "Ooh, the tickles!". Brooke was lifting up her shirt and some guy was painting something on her stomach. She was clearly in the middle of a laugh. The caption went like this, "Brooke Shields, set to play a tatoo artist in (I forgot the name of the movie) grimaces as she gets her tummy tickled!" It was a great find.
