I dont want to arrive at a decision like this at such a time of crisis for the team. We're looking at a very difficult October ahead of us, with not having World Series home field advantage, if we get that far. I just want to make this decision when Naomi and I have a clear head to discuss it. I promise you, that the day after the playoffs end, win the World Series, or not, we will have a long, focused discussion about the pros and cons, and arrive at a fair decision. The Good Guys built a 5-0 lead early, and then Theron pitched six innings of three run ball, once again riding the bullpen to victory, in a 5-3 Paradise victory, to take a two game to none lead in the series.
The teams took Thursday off, and flew to Chicago, to meet in Game Three, at Wrigley Field, on Friday afternoon.
