With the advent of DVDs, I was able to see quite a few episodes of the original "Saturday Night Live." I noticed quite a few tickle scenes, some of them looked unscripted. So here they are...

Gilda Radner got tickled under her arms at the end of one the episodes by Chevy Chase. She laughed, pulled away and said "Quit It!"

A muppet whispered in Lilly Tomlin's ear and she cracked up like it tickled. It looked unscripted.

During the news, Jane Curtain kept laughing as if someone was tickling her under the desk. This one was staged, but not bad.

John Belushi tickled Jane Curtain during a sketch as he was frisking her. Another staged scene.

Larraine Newman said during a sketch that ever time she touches her boyfriend, he says "It tickles..."

Buck Henry played the pervy babysitter "Uncle Roy" several times. One one episode, he tickled Lorriane Newman as he was tucking her in. Then he told her and Gilda Radner a story about the "tickle maniac." Next thing you know, Lorraine and Gilda were yelling "we have to tie up the tickle maniac!"

So there you have it! I hope someone find these references interesting...

Hasn't been tickled ... but needs to be. :woot: :tickle:
