Possible tickling on old sitcom

I need some help with the name of this show. It starred Sherman Helmsley as a Deacon and he had a not too very attractive daughter who had a thing for the preacher.
The scene I witnessed was while I was at the gym running on the treadmill and there was no sound which is why I can say for sure whether or not it was tickling.
In the scene, the preacher and another man are in the front seat of what looked like a cab. The Deacon's daughter was laying toward the back seat with her legs up in the front between the two men. The preacher who was in the passenger side of the car had his hands down around her feet doing something and she was thrashing around in the back. Btw, his hands and her feet were not visible in the scene due to the dashboard. Anyway, I figured she was in labor or in pain from something cuz I have just come to expect dissappointment when expecting tickling. However, when she finally sat backup, she was out of breath and had a smile on her face which lead me back to believing she had been seriouly foot tickled.
Has anyone seen this cuz I'd like confirmation if possible?

It was titled "Amen" I used to watch this show alot it was really funny.
