With the advent of my site relaunching in a month's time, as well as the second season of 2006's Monkey Muso Madness coming up in 2009, I might as well post an intro on all the characters set to appear in the series - old and new, complete with full profile pics (click on the thumbnails).
Today, we are looking at the band at the centre of the series - The Monkey Idiot Peanuts, who have recently included a new member.

Since the first season he dated former "groupie" Crysta briefly until their acrimonious split due to her behaviour, leading to her exclusion from the group of friends. He has since been careful as to who he'll date and has relaxed his need to be in a relationship, but not the need to tickle any of the "groupies". Part of a gang of four who hang out and cause mischief in social gatherings.</font></td></tr><td align=center width="100"></a><a href="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Minky.jpg"><img src="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Minkyh.jpg" width="100" height="100" border="0"></a></td><td><p align="justify"><font size="2"><b>Minky</b> is the band's drummer and the Chimp's incredibly sarcastic, vertically challenged little sister and some might say his sidekick. Always comically offsetting each other with their constant fights and verbal exchanges, the Chimp and Minky nonetheless very close. Minky's sense of humour are as immense as her glasses who could do stand-up comedy if she honed the craft. Also part of the gang of four with her brother.</font></td></tr><td align=center width="100"></a><a href="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Rocky.jpg"><img src="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Rockyh.jpg" width="100" height="100" border="0"></a></td><td><p align="justify"><font size="2"><b>Rocky</b> plays bass for the band. His pursuit of single women has diminished significantly partly due to seeing his friend's failed relationships and not having the patience or money to be in one right now. It hasn't stopped him from checking them out, however. Incredibly funny when drunk as he tends to be calamity-prone and say daft things. Screams like a little girl occasionally. The third member of the gang of four with the Monkey siblings.</font></td></tr><td align=center width="100"></a><a href="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Lendo.jpg"><img src="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Lendoh.jpg" width="100" height="100" border="0"></a></td><td><p align="justify"><font size="2"><b>Lendo</b> is the band's talented lead guitarist. He has recently fell on hard times since moving out on his own and with no job and suffering from depression, and had to sell his musical equipment, which included the guitar and amp he brings to practice. However, he's now in a job and saving to get a nice guitar and amp so he can rehearse without borrowing stuff from others.</font></td></tr><td align=center width="100"></a><a href="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Dayna.jpg"><img src="http://poisonousmonkey.thedivineforums.com/profiles/Daynah.jpg" width="100" height="100" border="0"></a></td><td><p align="justify"><font size="2">The newest member to the Monkey Idiot Peanuts, <b>Dayna</b> is a near-diploma level pianist who is studying music at university. Playing keyboards for the band, she's gradually learning their material. Rather scatter-brained and forgetful, the 20 year old is also very chatty but has had an interesting upbringing which belies what she will do in her future career. Is currently the only band member in a relationship.</font></td></tr></table>
