I think in this case that "forced orgasm" is almost always going to refer to giving a girl an orgasm while she is strapped down and unable to really contribute anything to it other than having it. Yes she can't fight back or struggle, but it seems to me a bit risky to force a girl against her will. That's bordering closely upon rape, really.

Edit: Not to single out this particular clip, but this might give me the opportunity to mention one reason I've never bought a tickling vid, and might never do so (although not by any means the only reason).
