doraemon scene? (cartoon non-female)

hey all

Need the cartoon experts to lend their guidance. If you go to this link:

The first cap on the second row is from a cartoon called "Doraemon" (doesn't appear to be pokemon related as the toon traces back to 1968 I believe). I'm not sure what is going on (or what is about to happen) but does anyone have info on this or saw it? Thanks

Doraemon's an old old, anime, yea. one of the classics, actually. as i recall, he's a sort of robot cat or something, and he's got this pouch that he can pull all sorts of kooky stuff out of.

as i recall with that particular scene, it involved a pair of magic gloves what, when worn, if you made "tickle" motions with your fingers at sumone, the person you were aiming at would feel the tickles.
