was it removed because she "said" she was only 17?

I emailed her and she said that she'll send pics to those who ask for them. It might take a little while though cause she's in college.

As the minimum age for posting here is 18, her post had to be removed. Without your asking about her in a reply, dtrell, I wouldn't have noticed...

I've been emailing her and she's asked me to post her url so you can bookmark it. She's still going to post her stuff onto her own website but keep from the TMF until she is 18.

(links deleted by moderator)

I wont say anything about her pic or emails but I will say I'm not dissapointed.

I think that is a very, very wise policy. This forum is too adult in nature for anyone under 18.

from a moral standpoint I don't really care. I posted on AMT since I was 15 and just kept my mouth closed, BUT from a legal standpoint, I totally concur with the rules of the TMF.

Here's to hoping she gets back legally.

I must say that I've been soured by this whole thing. Her website consists of reposted mpg's and there are no pics at all. She is mearly a web designer hosting material for the benefit of all. And I have no doubt that there are people of all ages in this forum right now as you dont even need to register to read the posts of others.

In the UK she is already over a year over the age of consent for sex, but she cant post some tickling files...

Humph.

Well I've put my point across anyway. I'll continue to lurk as I think everyone will think bad of me now :(

bazzer, I'm sorry to see you soured by this, as both you and Rachel tried to be helpful to the community. This IS appreciated.

However we must obey the law, and as the TMF's home is USA, US laws apply. And while some lawyers may dispute this, US laws don't allow any contributions by minors or about minors on any sexually oriented site (which we are regarded as), and 'minor' is everybody under 18.

Both actions (freezing Rachel's membership and disabling the link in your post) had to be executed to protect the TMF from legal problems. And there are no hard feelings on our side against you or Rachel. A year isn't THAT long to wait.

Haltickling:

I do respect what you are saying and I understand this from the legal point of view. Maybe Mr. Bush can take a leaf out of Mr. Blair's book and change the US age of consent for adult material to 16. Coz lets face it, 16 is not what it was 50 years ago.

I must end my post my taking a leaf from your own book Haltickling: "everything was better in the good old days"!

I totally agree with you bazzer, it should be 16. When I was 16, I'd already learned how to drive, when I turned 17, MY PARENTS KICKED ME OUT, and I had to make it on my own, so technically I've been an adult since then. Look at all the things that happen when you're 16:
You can legally drive
You can legally work
You can live on your own
If you look old enough, you can buy cigarettes without being carded (hehe)

Basically you start learning how to live and think for yourself COMPLETELY at age 16, and I think it's time the law has realized this. Besides, you're not gonna stop people from doing what they're doing anyways, just look at what Belly Tickler said:
"I posted on AMT since I was 15 and just kept my mouth closed"

For all you know, any one of us could be some hormonally driven 13 year old with a foot fetish, so I mean, you really can't stop anyone from doing what they're doing if they want to do it bad enough, so the law should just ease up a little.
One more thing semi-related to the law issue-----LEGALIZE POT!!!!

yeah, that age thing makes sense, because i know a lot of people these days who have had experience with hot-wiring cars to learn to drive at the age of 8, which gives them an 8 years lead of experience

and for those who haven't even driven a car for long before 16, well those guys have like magical powers to substitute for lack of experience

i know people tell me things like "there's a difference between STARTING to gain experience and actually HAVING experience" but then i tell them they're too uptight, and i remind them about the 8 year olds who hotwire cars because they feel sexually oppressed without their pubes who blame scientists for not making their pubes come out faster and then blame their parents because they say they're just kids and didn't know any better even when their parents were trying to set ground rules and yet the then 8 year olds would let people accuse the parents of being deadbeats and letting their kids do bad things--think of the kids! the kids don't know that they're doing anything bad! they didn't mean to hurt anybody, they only wanted to have some fun and then they complain about the living conditions of their parents' house when they're still living with their parents or on their parents finances when they're 25 and saying how their parents are holding them back and they say how jobs are too oppressing and and

*pant*

they also question my logic of that, but i tell them to shut up and they don't know anything, and then they bring up the age gap between 50 year old fetishists and 13 year old fetishists and i tell them to shut up again because they don't understand life and that age is just a pretense of life that people assume to create differences between us, those damn conformists

...but seriously. of course nobody's gonna be able to stop somebody from doing anything on his or her own accord, but that somebody should at least take responsibility for his or her own actions and also use some common sense, dammit. but i don't mind if someone drinks and drives and then crashes into somebody and kills them and then blames the death on a bad automobile. it is, afterall, the CAR'S fault -_-; i guess that's better than blaming it on their parents who mentally abused them for their bad grades in school

~md~
i don't wanna grow old, won't you let me, won't you let me explode (in a karaoke supernova)
