Do I fax in the waiver form or do I hand it in when I go to nest?

Read the waiver first, then when you register, at the bottom there will be an option to either agree or disagree with the waiver. If you choose agree, then you agree to the terms of the waiver. If you choose disagree, it won't let you register. That's all there is.
