Girl Susan go to fitness club first time in her life to exsercise her belly muscles.She introduced her instructor and tell him that she wonts some belly drill.He tell her to set down on bench and to take some oxigen from gas bottle alongside of bench.Her fussily mood disappear after a few respiration of gas.She cant control laughing.Throughout laughing she ask what is happen,and instructor say ''drill is started''He explayn that laughing are the best method to exsercise her abs.Her belly start to contract and vibrate.Her top belly become cramped and pulsate and lower belly start to jog.She say ''I dont understand and brust to laugh.He put his mobilphone and lighter from pocket and put on shes belly.Phone and lighter rear up on her belly and then start to banging while her laugh become unresting.After she light from bench she tell him that her belly ar in pain and streched.She was happy and say thet her never in shes life drill her abs so good.
