Hi all,

I would like to make this public apology to the community as I made a big mistake and stupid error in judgement by infringing on copyrighted tickling video material by posting a pay clip for free.

This is a form of piracy.

By doing this, I have disrespected the hard work of a producer and made them lose money, and it could have resulted in legal action.

So again, my deepest apology to the community.
 
I don't know that a public apology was necessary. You posted a pay clip by mistake. Most that post those clips elsewhere are doing it fully knowing they are copyrighted and will get yanked down once someone reports it to the site. If you made a mistake and promptly rectified it I wouldn't worry too much.

I would like to make this public apology to the entire tickling community.
I am an idiot. I posted a clips4sale clip, for others to download without paying the producing company. This was a huge mistake and a real error of judgement (if any judgement came into it at all). This is a form of piracy, it is unlawfull and fundamentally wrong on many levels.
Not only did I stop the producer from getting paid, I disrespected their hard work. One of the worst things for me is that I buy this company's clips, I like the company and now they know I'm a jerk.
This was a one off mistake on my part but it could still have resulted in legal action. Please if you are considering doing a similar action, learn from my mistake, I will never do anything like it again.
In closing I would like to offer my deepest apologies again to the entire community.

Greetings all,

I'm here to make a public apology of my own. I, too, have shared producer's clips on the internet. I guess it's one of those things where one thing just leads to another, ya know? Truth be told, I always figured I had a good moral compass, and if I was being less than what would make my parents proud, I'd know. But, it turns out I didn't know. Clearly, I still have a lot more growing to do than I realized. And I think I need a new compass too.

So, on my personal behalf, I would like to apologize to all the producers out there for my rather inexcusable act of sharing their material. I'm sorry friends. And I hope you can each forgive me. Also, I would like to vow publicly not to share such material anymore.

I hope that my post and apology here, along with the others, might reach out and touch some of the other people out there who continue to share pirated material.

Again, my apologies friends.

i want to apologize for sharing paid clips of hard working producers. tickling is just a hobby to me and in my own enthousiasm i shared without thinking some clips, and so i disrespected the hard working producers who are making it possible to have a hobby like this. i've been very unthinking.

so again, my deepest apologies to everyone.
