If any of you want to go to a fetish house to be tickled (or tickle a mistress yourself). There are a few. I thought I would list them here. I myself have only been to one, The Correction Centre. The mistress had no experience in tickling but there are others who have plenty of experience. I still really enjoyed the session. I have posted my experience elsewhere.

Actually I would like to expand on this. Has anyone had tickling sessions in these places? If so, how was it? Next time I go to one of them I"m thinking of choosing some people who are very experienced ticklers. Do any of you know experienced ticklers who are mistresses in Melbourne?
 
I've seen such in events hosted by me at locations in LA, and in other gatherings in the South and on the East Coast, here in the states.

If you host a munch an hour before the club opens, you can arrange to go to the club thereafter, bringing whomever wants to come.

Some hosts, when no 'lees exist at first, have even hired from the house. Way legal, comparatively, as you're "just tickling" them.
 
The three dungeons you mention in your post mike273273 are basically for people who have an interest in BDSM. As someone who is extensively involved in the bdsm community here in Melbourne I can tell you that tickling is not a mainstream activity of bdsmers.

I know some of the Mistresses and Masters who work in the dungeons above. Most are very approachable and only too happy to assist with what you wish to happen. Please be aware that if you do call your safeword by law the Mistress/Master must stop unless you have negotiated the conditions before beginning the tickle session.

Roni, I've recently chatted to a couple who have been heavily involved in the Sydney bdsm scene for decades. They also said that tickling is a very niche offshoot and generally doesn't register on the BDSM demographic. I have a contact who works as a pro domme, there is reasonable demand for foot stuff, but even she doesn't get many tickling sessions at all.

I wonder if awareness of tickling as a "legit" fetish is low, or if tickling folks really prefer private play in Sydney. I can't personally speak for Melb but judging by your description, seems like a similar kind of atmosphere.
 
Downunder, I have been involved in the bdsm community now for 12 years. I have always enjoyed tickling in my play but to actually find someone who wants to be tied down and tickled for ever is very much like finding a needle in a haystack in that scene.

I have also found that the people into tickle torture or tickle tease as I call them are people who are very private. They are no different, however, to the people into hardcore bdsm. We all think we are different to everyone and are alone.

It's online communities like this one that bring us all together. The hard part is actually biting the bulllet and stepping out to meet others of a like mind. Just another reason why I hope that the meet and greet planned for the end of this month here goes ahead and the members make the most of it.
 
I agree that we're not that "different" from other BDSM folks, but you're right, ticklephiles are certainly hard to find.

Actually, I see this "nicheness" as a unique opportunity to interact. I agree that many ticklephiles prefer private play; but I'm sure that many would like to interact with others of similar minds. In other words, they want to make their "private" circle bigger.

I think the discussion in the Melbourne meet is going in the right direction. The meeting seems like sufficiently open, but also suitably private. I think it's got a lot of potential - more than anything else I've seen here in my 10 years of lurking and membership.
 
In the BDSM scene we hold a function called a Munch. Basically a meet and greet at a hotel where people can meet in a non threatening situation and have a meal, a drink and meet other people and hopefully make new friends. There is usually one per month held. All very much fun.

I hope that is how this group will go also. People getting out, socialising and meeting and making new friends. What they do after that who knows but I hope that people will realise they are not alone out there and there are others who enjoy what they do
 
Our munches are the same deal as the BDSM munches. I capped the term from the burgermunch that started out in California near where I live. Structured our out here in that fashion, and spread the word. Word spread well and quickly.

Same thing, different crew.

People into every kink tend to be private, hence why there's tens of thousands registered, and only a couple hundred known to have met others. *shrug* Baby steps.
 
It sure is dvnc. I run a munch on a monthly basis for the bdsm scene and the numbers in attendance are never the same. Sometimes the numbers are high others they are low. This does not bother me as long as those who do attend are having a good time and getting to meet new people and hopefully making new friends at the same time.

With a little bit of luck we may get that happening for the TMF members. Fingers are crossed we do
 
When the reticent realize that it's really the surest way to move forward to actual gatherings, they'll get together.
 
Yes I agree but with some people nerves and shyness does take over and they are the ones who need that friendly hand to hold or to push them out

I'm in America, MsRoni, so you and I will likely never meet, but I'm curious-- would you tie a man who has cerebral palsy and tickle torture his bare feet? Most women back away when I tell them I have CP.
 
Roni on that note, you mentioned the three bondage houses I mentioned are for bdsm. I remember going to the Correction Centre years ago for a tickling session, the mistress I chose had never tickled a client before so you are right there! She had more experience with bondage, but she was more than happy to give tickling a try. Some of the other mistresses I have emailed however are very experienced, depending on who I email. For my next session at one of the 3 houses if I go I want a mistress experienced with tickling.
 
@50greg .. sorry for the delay in my reply to you .. I have been a little busy of late. To answer your question I would do some research on cerebral palsy before I would accept or decline. I ask questions of all the people I play with both with tickling and bdsm. I don't want anything to go wrong when I play and certainly do not like to end a play session in a hospital emergence ward.
