I noticed this week that the 10 second previews have disappeared from a couple of sites. Any explanation?

They posted in the admin section that due to "maintenance", the preview won't work until further notice. Knowing them it could mean never....

The previews do work, the owner of the store will have to re-active them, I know as we had to do it. Also be aware if you add a new clip, the ten second promo will not work for about 12hrs until the server appears to update.
