So. For fellow GoW fans out there: Sony thought it would be super smart and oussum to launch two new prequel GoW games....

Only available on the PSP.

Creating a bundle with a super snazzy look to the "Blood red" PSP:

So the only possible way to PLAY these games of epic awesomeness is to drop a "mere" 200 bucks on the bundle, right?

Wrong.

Little do many know, but if you pay the drop for a PSP 1,000 or 2,000 you can hack into it and connect it to your PS3 and play any possible game eva!

I think I'm about to invest in a new/old PSP. :D

So if you're a fan and you've got the means, I recommend stopping and picking up a used/older version of the PSP [[Sony got smarter with V. 3000]] and enjoy the epic-ness that is GoW. Rawr. :tiger:

i agree ive been a fan of the GOW series since the first one and it really irked me when they put chains of olympus on psp and now they're advertising Ghost of Sparta for psp as well, i may invest in a psp just to play them but i don't think they'll be able to compare to the epicness that is God Of War 3 :)

As the owner of the original PSP, I'm very interested in this hack you speak of Crystal. Don't get me wrong guys, I support the industry and will buy the games, but I'd love to have the option to play these games on a big screen. Does this just output the video or does it allow you to control the game via a PS3 controller?

I had a PSP for about a year. Aside from the God of War: Chains of Olympus game that I got along with it (which I beat in a matter of hours) the PSP was useless to me and thus I sold it for 60 bucks a few weeks ago lol
