This book was just published in 2009 and contains a true court case in England involving a woman who divorced her husband because of his insatiable demands that she tickle his feet (her selfish idiot of a husband failed to reciprocate when she expressed a desire to have her feet tickled too!).
You can read the entire story on Amazon and it includes two brief historical references to other people who made use of professional foot-ticklers (Egyptian queen Hatshepsout and Grand Duchess Leopoldovana). The rest of the book is about other bizarre court cases, though not tickling-related.
