"My God..." said Don Turtelli, groveling at the site of his Grandmother's necklace. For years, Don had tried securing the item so precious to him, and it was within the reach of his hand. A tear streamed down his dirty face as he extended his left arm to grab the item.
"Not so fast!" shouted April O'Neil, pulling the necklace away from Don.
"I've never seen you like this, so weak...so vulnerable," she said, wiping the tear off Turtelli's cheek.
"You have no idea..." expressed Turtelli.
"Oh yes, I do" said April.
"I know the games you play Don, the trails of tears and laughter you leave in your path to personal satisfaction. I know from personal experience," she said.
"We go way back, Don. I was one of your first victims. Me and Verne, we were...one of your firsts. But, I was the one that got away," said April. She had aged well. She maintained her frame, and some slight aging gave her a sexy mature look.
"You couldn't get me to crack Don, and I know that killed you. Now, here we are, almost 25 years later and I still have you...kneeling at my feet. But it's a different game now, I have what you want," she said.
"Listen, hunny, I've gotten a lot better over the years...I know I can make you squeal" exclaimed Turtelli, slowly rising to his feet. His poor health was really showing it's effects.
"Really, Don? You really think you can get me to break? Look at you, you sick fuck!" she shouted.
"Don't talk to me like that!!" yelled Turtelli, grabbing one of the feathers he had nearby.
April laughed.
"HA! Tickle torture...such a silly thing. You always were a child." she said.
"Look, you want me to turn myself in so you can get your big Channel Six news story, I will...just give me the necklace! I need that piece for me to BE at peace!" said Turtelli.
Aphrodite Jones, still tied from her tickle session, shouted at Don.
"Hey, that's my story!"
April smirked
"I'm done with Channel Six, Don. I've come for something else," she said.
"You see, Don, I think we need to discuss business. I have a proposal for you." she added.
"Go ahead, I'm listening" said Don.
"I have, hmm, two options. Number one, you can take this necklace, and we can go our separate ways...act like nothing ever happened, and we never crossed paths..." she said.
"Or..." said Don.
"Or, we can do this the fun way," said April, slowly untying her white boot. Don gulped.
"I know that for 25 fucking years, Don, you've been looking for me...for my feet. You want to your feather to tickle my soles, for not only the fact that you couldn't get me to break those years ago, but also because it's a fantasy to you. I've seen it Don...the artwork, the posts on blogs, the constant postings of the surveillance videos on YouTube. I know it's you, Don. For everyone else, tickling their feet was business to you. However, when it comes to me, I know it's your fetish...it's you're fantasy. You crave tickling my feet Don." she exclaimed, now reaching the final lace of her long boot.
"So what are you prosposing?" questioned Don.
"You know exactly what I'm getting at," said April, removing her boot to reveal her socked foot.
"If you can get me to submit to your tickling, I'll give you the necklace," she said.
"No!" yelled Don.
"I must have it now!!!" he shouted.
April pulled off her sock, exposing her soft, smooth bare left foot.
"I just did my toes Don..Burgundy, you're favorite," said April, winking at Don.
Turtelli couldn't resist the temptation. He was sweating profusely all over his body.
"Are you nuts?!" asked Aphrodite Jones.
"Call the cops, get me loose...do something!!" she yelled.
"Hunny," said April.
"Shut your mouth and watch a real reporter!" she exclaimed.
April stood from her seat, squatting next to Jones' tied bare feet.
"Hmmph...so this is what you've resorted to now, Don?" she said, tracing her index finger on Aphrodite's right sole.
"Hey, knock that off!" said Jones.
"Kitchie Kitchie Koo!" said April, wiggling her finger around the ball of Jones' foot.
"Ha, this is fun, Don, now I can see why you...UGHHH!" said April.
Turtelli, using all the strength he could muster, wrapped a belt around O'Neil's throat. He forced her to follow his lead.
"You're choking me" said O'Neil, choking and gasping for breath.
Turtelli's weakened strength enabled him to drag her a short distance, flinging her onto a chair. Don secured her waist to it with a chain. April heard the click of a lock around the steel as Turtelli finished. Then, he extended her legs and wrapped her ankles with rope. He placed her feet on a pillow.
April could see a grin on Don's face, which was barely visible in the dimly lit shack. He caught his breath for a few moments until he kneeling at her feet.
"Tell me all you know about the necklace!" he demanded.
April smirked.
"Never you crook! Not in a MILLION years..." she said.
Don was a bit choked up.
"Okaaay lady...you had you're chance. Now PAY the PENALTY!" he yelled.
And with that, Don brushed his feather up and down April's bare foot. She laughed hysterically.
"Haha! Forget it!" she said, writhing her foot around to escape the tickling.
"I...won't...talk...you...fiend!" she added, laughing along the way.
Turtelli replayed his first encounter with April in his head. His longtime side kick, Rodney, muttered the line "It's no good boss, she'll never break, she's too tough!" Rodney wasn't here now. It was a new game, and Turtelli wouldn't stop.
He ran the feather up and down her silky smooth foot. Faster and faster...there was no stop. Turtelli was sweating, his wrist was cracking...but he could tell by her laughter that April was about to crack and give in to the torture.
April gleefully shouted "OK, OK!!!"
Turtelli stood from the crouching position, when BANG!!!!
Turtelli fell to the ground. Blood poured from the side of his head. A blonde figure approached Don's body.
"He's dead" she said.
"Thanks, Caitlin" said April.
"What the fuck!?" yelled Aphrodite Jones.
"Let me untie both of you," said Caitlin.
"Wait a minute," said Aphrodite.
"I know you, you're..."
"Yes!" said Caitlin.
"I'm the Channel Six news anchor who took over for April," she added.
"But what..." said Jones before Caitlin interrupted her again.
"Me and Don...we also go way back. He tickled me and my husband Zach's feet for information," she said.
"Well, he was my husband...he's now dead. Suicide or some shit. Whatever, the point is this...we got that fucker, and no one will have to deal with him again!" she proclaimed.
The girls were now free, and patted down Don. April found a little notepad in his back pocket.
"What the ..." she said.
April opened it, strolling through the pages.
"Wow, look at this. In this book is all of the victims who Don has tickled over the years. Twenty-five years of ticklish feet," she said.
"So, it's like his little black book of tickling?" said Aphrodite.
"The perfect news story for us to document!" said Caitlin.
And with that, the ladies rejoiced. They looked down at Don Turtelli's dead body. Even though he was an emotionless, stiffened figure, his right fist was still clenched, holding the feather that graced the soles of so many ticklish feet.
