To All Our Loyal Customers:
Over the past 9 months we have taken down many of our clips without proper explanation or notification on the store website. Additionally, we have not posted the majority of our newer content and many of you have the same question – Why? This statement will address this question along with what to expect in the coming months from us.
Some of you may not be aware, but a small collective of selfish individuals with a false sense of entitlement sought to illegally obtain our material through the use of stolen credit cards. They made every effort to illegally distribute this content without our permission. This combination of crimes could not go unanswered, so in an effort to protect our intellectual property, we took down the vast majority of our works before they could be compromised.
In response to this flagrant copyright infringement, we contacted the FBI and secured legal assistance to combat the problem and seek damages against not just the offenders, but also those who continually downloaded our material illegally. These crimes against us and others have contributed to the FBI seizing megaupload.com. We will continue to enforce our intellectual property rights and protect our content!
Currently, we are selling our newer content privately through secure, private transactions at this time and will not be posting our latest works on the c4s platform. If you see a work that interests you, please contact us at strykerentertainment@gmail.com to arrange a buy. We continue to offer all of our works in both HD and SD along with the sub-clips – this will never change. Those who purchase via private sales must know that the costs will be significantly higher due to the additional expenses involved in delivering the content and the losses suffered from the piracy. However, this solution is only temporary! We’ve been working diligently on a new website to property protect our content and allow legitimate customers to buy from us again while prohibiting the “bad apples”. This new website address will be http://www.strykerentertainment.com – please add this to your web links and check periodically for status. Once we officially launch it we will post a message update in our c4s store header to make it clear.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience during this crucial transition. Thank you to all for the continued support for without your support, we would cease to exist!
Sincerely,
Stryker Entertainment
