Sailor Moon: Subtle Seduction
by

==============================================================
Foreword: This story contains adult situations, adult language, of course, SEX, a
little violence, rape, molestation, fetishism, bondage, and of course, tickling... you
know, the general "NC-17" stuff bordering on "X" rated. The kind of things not suitable
for young children. So, despite the Sailor Moon title, if you are not legal, 18 or 21,
whatever your state allows, then press that BACK button *NOW*!! If you're offended or
troubled by the idea of even pretend cartoon young adults having sex (how old are these
girls, anyway?) then press the BACK button as well. You've been warned.
===============================================================
NOTE: The characters, Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, the Sailor Scouts, and the like, are the
brainchild(ren) of Naoko Takeuchi and Kodansha. I only *WISH* I had been that creative!
(grin) But this is my story based on those characters and my own perverse fantasies.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Chapter VI Mars---Forged in Fire)

The Priestess of Fire sat before the Ancient Flames, her head covered in sweat,
her legs, crossed underneath her, ached terribly with strain. Softly, almost pleadingly,
she chanted her mantra again and again, seeking answers, straining with every fire of
her spiritual being to understand what it was the Flames were telling her. That
something was wrong, she knew already; that a threat of some kind loomed above her
very head, was unmistakable. But whatever it was, she couldn't sense it, couldn't
figure it out, and so she had turned to that most Ancient Source of Wisdom for
guidance. With one final prayer, she closed her eyes, leaning her head forward to
the wooden floor beneath her, and blanked out her mind. Instantly, the images came
to her...

Her friends, falling, one by one, to some subtle threat, being consumed by
a Dark Flame, evil, yes, but strange, not reeking of the Negaverse? She, running
down a long alleyway, pursued by an ever growing darkness glancing about as all
the Lights nearby were swallowed up one by one, leaving Her surrounded in
darkness...hands, hundreds of hands, reaching for Her, trying to draw Her down,
trying to pull Her into the darkness as well, Her fighting with all Her strength,
the hands grabbing, clawing, ripping Her clothes...Her screams of anger and rage,
if indignity, helpless to stop them, Her body giving out on Her, betraying Her...
slumping over in defeat, a soft inhuman laugh coming to Her from all directions
at once...then a touch, a private soft touch, at Her very CORE, sending Her
rocketing into oblivion...her last glimpse...a black...rose?

Raye reared back, shocked, groaning as her body protested moving suddenly
after so long. Everything before had been so hazy, so twisted in dream images, her
running for her life...or her very SOUL? Even now she was hard pressed to remember
everything she had Seen, but that final image stood out in her mind, clear as a
bell. A single black rose. Despite the heat in the temple, Raye found herself
shivering. Roses were Tuxedo Mask's calling card, his red roses a symbol of his
love and his devotion to helping all the Scouts in their ongoing battle against
evil. But Raye clearly remembered a darker time, a time when Darien had been
captured by Zoiycite, and taken to the Negaverse, corrupted by Queen Beryl, and
used as a living weapon against them. Prince Darien still fought with the same
grace, skill, and power as Tuxedo Mask, but he fought for the side of evil, and
the roses he tossed echoed that change with their black color.
Tuxedo Mask...Darien...had he fallen under the Negaverse's spell once
again? Was that the coming doom she sensed? Her vision showed her that the other
girls were taken, falling to the unknown evil one by one, until it was only Raye
left alone. Was it all true? Had the other girls fallen to his Dark Powers, with
only her untouched? Again, a shiver coursed through her body, but then a look of
determination took over her face. She might be the only one left, but she would
not go down without a fight! She knew now what she was up against, and she wouldn't
be caught off guard. Former friends or not, she was Sailor Mars, champion of
Justice, and she could not, WOULD not lose and let the world live in darkness!
Perhaps...perhaps if she could reach the other girls in time, she wouldn't have
to fight alone. Rising to her feet, she slid open the inner chamber doors, and
ran to the changing room, quickly slipping out of her robes and into street
clothes, and ran to the closest Scout's home...Mina.
A few blocks from the apartment, Raye spotted a white shape moving
quickly back and forth across the building, hearing the angry growls and whines
once she came closer. "Artemis?" she called out, wondering what he was so worked
up about. "What's the matter? I've never seen you so upset before."
The white Guardian stopped, and ran over to his friend. "Hmph. That's
because I've never been treated like unwanted kitty litter before!" he said
angrily. "Have you seen Mina? I left a few days ago to visit Luna and Serena
after we had an argument, and when I returned to the apartment she was gone!
I waited here for hours for her to return, even went looking for her, but I
couldn't find her! I've been staying with Serena and Luna for the past three
days, but you know Luna, three days is the longest I can put up with her
constant NAGGING!" In spite of the seriousness of the situation, Raye laughed,
causing the Guardian Cat to sulk even more.
"Oh, hahaha...I'm sorry Artemis... hehehe... really, it was just so
funny." she said, trying to regain control. "Hmmm...still I guess its a good
thing I ran into you after all. I think Mina might have been 'taken' already...
come to think of it, Mina and Ami both acted kinda weird the other day when we
left the movies. And I haven't seen either of them in the past three days either!"
"Wait! 'Taken'? What do you mean by 'taken'?" Artemis queried, calming
down now. This could prove to be serious. For the past couple of days, he and
Luna had sensed something strange in the air, something evil lurking, yet it wasn't
anything he knew, certainly not Negaverse activity. "I think you better tell me
exactly what you know, Raye."
Walking back towards Serena's house, Raye filled the white cat in on all
her dreams, and the vision given to her in the temple. "So, I came to check on
Mina," she concluded, "to see if perhaps I could warn her in time. Lucky thing I
found you instead, Artemis. Had she been there, and I had run into her, I'd likely
have spilled the beans, and would have ended up captured and taken like the rest
of them."
"Well at least now we have an idea of what we are up against," he replied.
"I am pretty sure Serena hasn't been taken yet either, Luna and I have been with
her pretty much the entire time for the past few days. And besides you, we haven't
seen the other Scouts at all. Luna even tried calling Ami on her Scout Communicator,
but she never answered."
Raye nodded grimly. "That's two for sure. What about Lita? Do we know if
she's been taken yet or not?"
"Nope. Haven't heard from her either. And don't forget Amara and Michelle.
The older Scouts may not socialize with you younger Scouts that much, but they
are still Sailor Scouts. We may need their help in this, too!"
"Good idea! I had forgotten about them. Okay, here's an idea. You go
check on Lita, and see if she's been taken, I'll make sure Serena and Luna know
what is happening. We can get together later and check in on Michelle and Amara."
Raye gestured to the Communicator around her wrist as she ran off towards
Serena's house. "Call me if you need me!"

Raye sighed deeply, walking down the street, heading towards the Temple.
As it turned out, she had arrived at Serena's house about five minutes too late.
Serena's mother told her Serena and Rini had gone to the park with her father, for
a little "cousin together time," as she liked to put it. Raye wasn't fooled.
Serena and Rini couldn't stay in the same room for more than an hour without
fighting over something. Most likely, their mother had gotten fed up and SENT
them to the park to keep out of her hair. Luna had gone with them, and Raye was
unable to raise them on their communicators. Fearing the worse, she called
Artemis, but likewise, received no answer. Growling softly, Raye picked up the
pace as she ran towards Uptown, towards Amara and Michelle's apartment. "Maybe,
I'm not too late...maybe he just can't talk with too many people around," she
told herself. "It doesn't necessarily mean he's been captured too. And if the
worst has happened, maybe I can get there and rescue him before its too late!"
Huffing and puffing, the raven-haired beauty skidded to a stop, then turned,
running up the stairs to the older girls' apartment.
Raye was about to knock on the door when she had a flash of insight: a
vision, of shadowy figures, laughing, holding her down, forcing her deeper into
the darkness...then the world around her came back into focus. Just in time, the
doorknob was turning! Like a flash, Raye slid to the side, hiding behind the
wooden paneled wall, just as Michelle and Amara walked into view. Luckily, they
didn't see her. "It was just dumb luck," Michelle was saying to her cousin. "We
forgot all about the Guardian cats. If he hadn't come by to 'warn us', we might
never have known he suspected something."
"Yeah," Amara replied, tossing her short blonde hair back with a grin.
"Looks like our all-knowing, all-seeing Master really ISN'T, after all." Both
girls laughed, softly, making their way down the stairs to Amara's car.
"Hopefully that little 'diversion' will keep him occupied until Master Darien
can come up with something more permanent. C'mon, we'd better hurry."
Raye watched warily, holding her breath, until the two girls had driven
off. Then, carefully, wary of any traps, she made her way to the window and
glanced inside. The entire apartment was dark, except for the television, which
had been left on. It was showing some kind of cartoon, a really interesting one,
with a cartoon cat chasing a cartoon mouse around and about. Raye grinned. Older
and more mature? Hah! They still watched cartoons like children. Still, it did
seem interesting, she thought to herself, as her eyes were invariably drawn back
to the bright flashing screen. A small white blur was blocking her complete view,
and she had to raise up on her tiptoes to see over it, to get a completely
unobstructed view. A smile grew on the young girl's face as she watched the
silly show, remembering back when she was still a child and used to watch
cartoons...
...Until she lost her balance and fell to the ground, shaking her out
of her trance. With horror, Raye looked around to see the sun had dropped much
lower in the sky! Risking a glance back in the room, she focused on the white
blur, which she now recognized as Artemis!! "The TV!" she exclaimed, forcing
herself to turn away. "That program is brainwashing him! My goodness, if I hadn't
fallen and woken up in time, it would have brainwashed me too!" She glanced at
her watch, frowning. An hour and a half had passed since she started watching
TV and zoned out. Still, she didn't feel any different. No urge to become a
mindless drone to Darien. "They said it would HOLD HIM, until they could come
up with something more permanent. Yes, I get it! That tape was meant to
hypnotize a person, but Darien himself has to come and do the actual enslaving."
Moving away from the apartment, Raye was considering her options,
suddenly freezing as a couple of familiar headlights lit up the alley. The
two older Sailor Scouts exited the car, frowning, walking straight towards
her. "Shit!" Raye cursed under her breath. "They came back too early!"
Outnumbered, Raye turned and fled, the sound of high heels on concrete
following her as the two gave pursuit. "You're not going to catch me,
girls!" she spat behind her, diving in between a couple of large heavy
trash dumpsters. Michelle wrinkled her nose in disgust. She glanced at
Amara, lifting her eyebrow, as if to say, 'You expect ME to crawl through
garbage to look for her?' Sighing deeply, Amara walked over and kicked the
heavy metal dumpster hard, sending it rolling against the brick wall. To both
girls' surprise, Raye was nowhere to be found. The only sign of her passage
was a small hole in the chain link fence enclosing the entire building.

Half an hour later, Raye slid down against a wooden fence, too tired
to run anymore. She had been lucky so far, but luck could only bring a girl
so far. Darien, Michelle, and Amara were looking for her, and Artemis had
been immobilized. She was pretty sure that her friends Ami and Mina had been
brainwashed as well, and were no doubt searching for her as well. As she sat
there, catching her breath, she tried to think of where she could go. She
couldn't go back home to her Grandfather's temple---that would be the FIRST
place they would look. And even if she made it there, for all she knew, Chad
and her grandpa might be under their spell as well. "No, I can't go home," she
said sadly. "Mina and Ami know all my favorite hang outs, so I can't go
anyplace that they would expect. Dammit, what do I do now? If only I had some
help...even Serena's help would be appreciated by now." Serena. Hmmm. Artemis
had been sure that Serena had not yet been taken. Her best bet at making it out
of this mess would be to get to Serena as soon as possible. But would Darien
and the others be expecting that? Would she only be walking into a trap,
taking the obvious way out? No, she decided. Going to Serena's was definitely
not an option. She would have to find someone else. But who?
"Hey mom! That was great!" a young boy cried out as he and his mother
walked by. "I never saw a cartoon like THAT before. Disney makes the absolute
BESTEST cartoons ever mom!" Raye grinned as the two walked by. The boy was
still wearing a pair of Mouse ears on his head. Ah, to be so young and
carefree again, Raye thought to herself, when my greatest problems were
wondering if Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Pluto...Pluto? PLUTO!!
It hit her like a bolt from the blue. Trista Meniou, Sailor Pluto, an
older girl that went to school with Michelle and Amara. No one had heard much
about her after the Sovereign of Silence had been defeated; she had taken
the baby Mutaro, to look after and help raise, and vanished. No one knew
much about her, period! She was the Sailor Scout that guarded the portal of
time, and was said to be from the future. It was a sure bet that no one had
taken her yet! If only she could find her before the others caught up to her.
Spying a telephone booth at the corner, Raye shrugged. "Oh well, it's worth a
try. She *IS* a student at the high school, so she has to live here in town
somewhere."
Opening the book and flipping through to the "M's", Raye scanned through
the long list of names, when finally she found what had to be the one, listed
as simply, "Meniou, T." She dialed the number, but before someone could answer,
a loud knock on the booth caused Raye to scream. Right outside the door stood
Sailor Venus and Sailor Mercury. "Put down the phone, Raye," Ami said calmly,
trying to reason with her friend. "There is no one who can help you now. Just
be nice and come along quietly with us, okay?" Sighing deeply, Raye left the
receiver lying on the edge of the desk and walked out of the booth. "That's
better." Ami said with a smile. "Now, let's all go back to Darien's apartment
and straighten out this whole misunderstanding."
"Misunderstanding?" Raye laughed sarcastically. "Oh yeah, I'm so sure!
I heard Michelle and Amara talking, quite clearly, calling Darien, 'Master'.
And I saw what happened to Artemis back at their place. I almost ended up a
vegged-out zombie like him! And you call it a MISUNDERSTANDING? I'm sure when
we get back there Darien will find a way to 'change my mind' about it...but
not if I have anything to say about it!" Out of nowhere, Raye turned, grabbing
Mina and Ami by the arm and swinging them both back, falling through the door
of the phone booth. Moving quickly, Raye took out a small Ofuda scroll, covered
in runes, and began chanting... "I summon the power of fire, to bind this evil!"
The limp scroll began to glow, becoming a stiff card. She then tossed the card
at the door of the booth, binding it closed with magic. "Sorry, girls, but I
make up my OWN mind," she said with a grin.
"You're not getting away THAT easily, girlfriend!" Sailor Venus yelled,
banging on the door. "VENUS...CREESSSCENNNNTT BEEEAMM...SMASH!!" Raye groaned,
rising to her feet and running off just as the door of the telephone booth flew
outwards, blasted off the hinges by Mina's powerful blast. These guys were not
giving up, she thought to herself, turning a corner---and running into a very
surprised Lita! Both girls went down in in a tangle of arms and legs, the
books Lita was carrying tossed all over the ground.
"Ouch! What the...Raye?" Lita asked, rubbing her sore head. "What
are you doing here on this side of town? And why'd ya knock me down like
that? You in a hurry or something?"
Thank goodness, they haven't captured Lita yet! "No time to explain,
Lita! Transform, quick, and follow me outtta here!" In a flash, both girls held
their wands, changing into their alter egos, Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter.
Grabbing Lita's hand, Raye led her briskly down the road, back towards Lita's
apartment.
"Hey c'mon Raye. Slow down willya? At least tell me what this is all
about!" Lita yelled, struggling to keep her balance as fast as they were running.
"And WHERE are we going?":
"Back...to your...place...for now.." the exhausted girl wheezed, leading
them to the back stairway to Lita's room. "I can't explain it all now, but trust
me, we're in danger. The other Scouts...*WHEEZE* *GASP* were brainwashed...and
we're the only ones left! We've got to lie low for a while...*GASP* *PANT*
until we can come up with a plan."
Lita looked down at her strangely as she unlocked her door.
"Brainwashed? Are you kidding me? That sounds like some plot from an old
scary movie, or some weird online website archive. You can't be serious?"
Raye walked in and collapsed directly on Lita's couch, while Lita
entered the kitchen. "I wish I were, Lita. But it's all true. I don't know how
or why it happened, but Darien has gone off the deep end and is trying to take
us all with him." Lita returned, handing Raye a cold glass of soda. "Thanks,
but I'm not really thirsty, I just need to catch my breath."
Damn, Lita thought to herself. Okay, the drugged soda idea is out.
"Why don't you just relax for a while, Raye, you're all tired out. It looks
like you've been on the run all day. When did you figure out what was going on
anyway?" Grabbing the remote, she flipped on the television.
"Ugh, turn that thing off, willya Lita?" Raye said disgusted. "You know
I don't watch much TV these days, and if you knew what happened to Artemis
you'd probably never watch television again! It really CAN rot your brains."
Sighing deeply, Lita flipped off the subliminal programmed TV. This was
starting to get frustrating.
"Gee, Raye, is it alright if I listen to some music in my own place
then?" she said, with just an edge of sarcasm. Raye had the good graces to look
embarrassed. She looks cute when she blushes, Lita thought to herself. I wonder
what she is like in bed... and where she's most ticklish?
"Sorry Lita. You're right, it has been a long day. I don't know where to
go, or who to trust." Smiling softly, Lita flipped on the CD player, starting up
the last surprise---a specially prepared subliminal recording. If this one didn't
work, Lita would have to try a more direct approach. "Hmmm... that's kinda nice.
You actually took my advice and bought one of those Tibetan relaxation tapes. I'm
impressed."
"Yeah well, I always try to be open minded...yanno, always willing to
try new things." Raye rolled her eyes. "Okay, EVENTUALLY I try new things."
Lita replied with a giggle. "Anyway, you sit back and enjoy. I'm going to the
bathroom for a spell." Lita skipped out of sight, moving down the hallway, and
sliding some headphones over her ears to prevent her from getting 'zoned out'
as well. She watched as Sailor Mars relaxed, settling back to enjoy the music,
leaning further and further back into the couch, relaxing more and more,
falling deeper under the spell of the music. Great, she's almost gone! Lita
thought to herself. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, Raye got up from the
couch, shaking her head, making her way to the CD player, which she quickly
switched off. "No!" cursed Lita to softly. "She was under! How'd she break out
of it at the last second?"
For Raye, it really HAD been the very last second. Her eyes had been
teetering on the edge of closing under the hypnotic spell of the music, when
she pictured Artemis again, staring at the TV like a zombie. Realizing she was
fast becoming a zombie herself, she had slapped herself awake, and turned off
the blasted music. Once the sound was cut off, her mind cleared and she
realized that she had been had! It had been much more than a coincidence to
run into Lita at the last second, and she had accepted the story WAAAYY
calmer than a normal person would. Raye knew she had to get out of here
quickly before Lita came to check up on her. "Not so fast Raye," a familiar
voice sounded behind her. Turning around swinging, Raye barely missed Sailor
Jupiter's head, but the agile beauty had known it was coming and ducked.
Jupiter responded with a strike of her own, aiming for Sailor Mars' gut,
trying to knock the wind out of her. Raye turned, taking only a glancing
blow, and backed away slightly, scowling.
Physically, she and Lita were in about the same physical condition.
Lita was an avid student of martial arts, and worked out like a fanatic to keep
herself fit. Raye, in her studies at the temple, had also mastered martial arts,
and was nearly as adept as Lita. In hand-to-hand combat, they were about equally
matched, despite their sizes. Still, a stalemate did Raye no good; she had to
escape somehow before the other Scouts arrived as reinforcements.
"Give it up, Lita," Sailor Mars said, circling slowly towards her target,
trying to feel her out, looking for a weak point to attack. "You can't beat me
like this. Besides, I'm your friend, and a fellow Sailor Scout! No matter what
Darien's done to you, I'm still your friend. You don't want to hurt me!"
Lita nodded softly. "You're right, Raye," she said, circling around as
well, staying the same distance away from Sailor Mars, watching and waiting for
the chance to make her move. "You are my friend, and I don't want to fight you.
Heck, all this was set up to try and HELP you, Raye, to help make the transition
over to becoming one of us as painless as possible." She sighed, shaking her head.
"There are only two ways of doing this, Raye. The easy way or the hard way. I
tried the easy way, with the soda, and the TV, and the music, but you wouldn't
cooperate. So now we do it the HARD way." Jupiter bristled, coiling her muscles,
preparing to spring. She turned her head slightly to the left, as if she were
going to attack that side. As she'd hoped, Raye shifted her weight to her left
leg, preparing a counter-defense. Perfect, Lita thought to herself.
The leg sweep took Raye completely off guard. She'd been watching
Sailor Jupiter's posture, her muscles, even her breathing, waiting to see which
way she would move to attack. Lita had telegraphed an attack to her left side
so well that she had reacted to it without thinking, leaving her right side
open. Lita dropped and twirled, bringing her leg around, catching Sailor Mars'
right ankle, knocking her completely off balance. She fell to the floor with
a thud, temporarily stunned. Gasping for breath, she was unable to defend as
Lita, grinning evilly, launched into her most devastating attack.
"EEEEEEEEKKK!!" Raye screamed wildly, as Lita's tickling fingers invaded
her ribs, wriggling up under the thin material of her Sailor Scout uniform to find
the tender ticklish skin within. Sharp manicured nails poked in her sides, forcing
out the small breath of air she had managed to inhale since hitting the floor,
leaving the tickled Scout breathless with laughter. "Stahahahahahahahappp it!!
Aaahhhhh!! No fair, no fair! Hehehehehehe!! Liiiiiittaaaa!! Please! No more!
Hahahahaa... it tiiicklesss too much! Hahahahahahahahahahahaaa!"
"That the idea, sweetie," Sailor Jupiter crooned, straddling the buxom
brunette, enjoying the feeling of Raye's body writhing and bouncing against her
own while she tickled her. The Sailor Scout of Fire was turning as red as her
planet sign. Her laughter dissolved away into breathless titters. "Poor little
Raye," Lita teased, moving her hands up into the soft hairless hollows of her
underarms. "Sooo ticklish! And so helpless to resist. I could probably tickle
you silly right now, if I wanted to, and you couldn't do a thing to stop me."
Using the meaty part of her thumbs, Lita began a vigorous rubbing in Raye's
hypersensitive pits, making her shake with silent laughter. "I could probably
even tickle you to DEATH."
Raye very much believed her. Spots danced before her eyes, and she
gasped mightily between steady jags of wheezing, panting, laughter. Her body
felt loose and weak, a sensation she rarely felt in any situation. She was
Sailor Mars, the fiery, volatile one, the fighter, the aggressor! She HATED
being helpless, hated it with all her being, which was one of the reasons she
studied martial arts. And yet, here she was, helpless, unable to defend herself,
rendered weak and submissive by TICKLING of all things! Summoning all her anger
and rage, Raye gave one last heave, trying to throw Lita off of her, and
scramble to freedom. All for naught; the tall, brown-haired Scout held on
tight, refusing to be budged. Exhausted, her last remaining reserves spent,
Raye collapsed back to the floor, giggling incessantly.
"Looks like that's it, sweetie," Sailor Jupiter taunted, still twirling
her thumbs into Raye's ticklish pits. "You're out of gas. Now it's time to send
you out for the count!" Grinning evilly, Lita brought all her fingers into play,
sending five actively scrabbling fingers into both of Raye's vulnerable armpits,
stroking the tender smooth flesh, galloping her fingers in a steady relentless
motion, making sure to cover every single inch of available flesh. Unable to
withstand the increased sensation, floundering in the wreckage of this new
onslaught, Raye's eyes rolled up into her head, then slammed shut. A soft
gasp escaped her lips, followed by soft sleepy giggles, as her body shut
down, sending Sailor Mars spinning into unconsciousness...

The dark haired heroine awoke slowly, unsteadily, murmuring softly,
the pain in her head a stiff reminder that something BAD had just happened.
Coming to, she let out a shriek as she realized just HOW bad. Raye was tied
down, tightly, to Lita's bed, in a complex series of knots. Worse, she was
completely naked, her Sailor Uniform lying discarded on the floor at the side
of the bed. Lita walked in, smiling, rolling in the large TV and VCR from the
living room. With a gasp Raye noticed that she was also completely naked.
"Glad you're awake," Lita said grinning. "I hoped you would be okay. I didn't
want to have to hurt you, Raye, but you are just so darn stubborn sometimes.
I called Master Darien while you were out," she continued, not noticing the
wince the bound girl gave at the term 'Master', "and he and the rest of the
girls will be on the way here shortly."
"Oh? Bringing out the entire cavalry is he?" Sailor Mars spat out
testily, struggling against the ropes. "He isn't man enough to take me down
by himself, so he has to use all of you at once to get me. Hah. Some great
Master."
"You'd better check the attitude before he gets here, Raye," Lita said
shaking her head. "He is a great Master. It was his idea to use Mina and Ami
as a diversion, and let me do the actual pick up." The long limbed girl gave a
sigh, looking down. "I guess it was kind of a second chance for me, seeing how
I screwed up taking Amara down." She looked up at Raye, a look of fierce
determination and strength in her eyes that Raye had never seen there before.
"I failed my Master once, Raye, and I am NOT going to fail him again. He knew
you would be hard to take down, that you would lead us on a big chase, but I
pleaded with him to let ME catch you. I'm sorry I tricked you, girlfriend,
sorry I deceived you and I'm sorry I had to knock you out. But he is my Master,
my all, my reason for being, and I could not fail him again!"
Raye sat there unable to comment, too shocked to speak, until she
managed to comment, "He will never break me like he's broken you, Lita. I'd
sooner DIE than submit my will and become a whimpering little puppet like
you!"
Lita laughed softly, shaking her head. "You know, that's about what
Amara said, almost word for word. But we managed to turn her over to Master
Darien's way of thinking. You will be turned as well, girlfriend. But don't
think badly of me. I love him. He's my Master, and he loves and cares for
me...loves and cares for us all. You'll know what I mean once your mind has
been set free." She then flipped on the TV, letting the screen light up with
bright shining colors, all circling and spinning slowly, like a broken
kaleidoscope. She then walked over to Raye, holding her eyes open for the first
few seconds until the pull of the lights made her captive stop turning away.
"What...what is this I'm watching?" Raye asked, struggling to keep her
own mind.
Lita smiled softly, her eyes dazzled as well by the lights, as she
settled into the bed next to Raye. "Mmm...educational TV, of course."

******************************************
Darien stepped out of his apartment, planning to drive over to Lita's
and see the progress made on Raye. She was a strong willed young woman, and it
would take something special to break her will enough for the subliminal
suggestions to take route. "I think I have just the thing planned to break her
resistance," he said to Ami over his cell phone. "I'll meet you all there.
Tonight, we bring Sailor Mars into the fold."
"Not so fast there, Darien!" a female voice sounded from directly behind
him. Surprised, turning, he saw the face of someone unexpected. Before him stood
