WHAT: Bella's Annual Birthday Bash!
WHEN: Friday 11/9-Sunday 11/11
WHERE: Madness and Mayhem in Columbus OH! Casa Bill & Bella on Friday and Sunday, our regular very nearby hotel on Saturday night (hopefully Paul Blart free this year)
WHY: Every Bash thus far has been even more excellent than the last, we fully expect this year to be incredible
HOW: Driving, Flying, TARDIS...folks get here any way they can!

WHAT HAPPENS: THURSDAY EVENING:
While most folks arrive on Friday, those who choose to join us Thursday night are rewarded with ROLLERSKATING at our local rink (awesome 18+ hip-hop nite!) followed by STEAK N SHAKE and pre-party fun at my place
FRIDAY:
The weekend 'officially' starts on Friday evening at 7pm. Dinner and yummy snack treats provided, Veteran Bashers rave all year about Mr. Bella's BBQ skillz! (and folks who are driving are MORE than encouraged to bring goodies and beverages!)
SATURDAY:
Once we arise zombie-like from my house and various hotel rooms we have breakfast at our local fave place (Veteran Bashers know, pumpkin pancakes!) before more mayhem at my house followed by
BASHBALL 2012!!! Last year was our first game of Bashball (dodgeball, Bash style) and it was a tremendous success!!! Honestly some of the best fun we have ever had, don't miss it!
Dinner at our local fave Saturday Night dinner place (again, Bashers know and are already hungry) before gettin' set for the Saturday Night Main Event, our AWESOME ANNUAL COSTUME PARTY. See if you can guess our 2012 costume party theme:
Superheroes and villians and everything in between, from The Dark Knight to Darkwing Duck to wherever your mind takes you! There will be valuable prizes again this year for best costume M and F so use your imaginations!
The Costume party features Semi-Controlled Mayhem: the now-legendary BELLA COURT, our own mini-trials complete with lawyers and a judge and very fun 'sentences' (NO, they don't all involve BrucetheShark
) and other party activities, we have extra fun planned this year so be sure not to disappear after court! And as usual expect at least one after-midnight run to Steak n Shake IN COSTUME, they love us there 
SUNDAY:
Staggering into the sunlight we'll have breakfast at a place remarkably similar to Saturday morning, before returning to my house for Random Mellow Recovery: Bashers can be found all over my house chillaxing (do people still say that?) and still consuming yummy noms and usually watching something on my tv like Louis CK or Katt Williams.
SUNDAY NIGHT:
Anyone still with us on Sunday evening (which has become most of you actually!) will revel with still more food and beverages, dinner at a local place TBA before heading downtown for KARAOKE!!!!! Last year's Bashers can tell you how much OMG fun we had and this year will be even better!
MONDAY MORNING: Breakfast, teary goodbyes (seriously we get ridiculous
), and airport runs followed by my annual post-Bash coma 
Folks are welcome to stay at Casa Bella Friday and Sunday nights, space IS limited but I have sofabeds and queen air mattresses and ample floor space for those with sleeping bags. First come first serve so email me ASAP for space at my house. Saturday night: there are many places to sleep in the connecting party suites, several double beds and queen sofabeds and floorspace, but again it's first come first serve so CONTACT ME. There are also two other hotels literally 30 seconds of walking distance from the party hotel, when you've sent your Bash fee I'll send you our location and your accomodation info.
Specific times and locations for activities (breakfasts and dinners, Bashball, karaoke, etc) will be sent out with paid party fees, and there will be a big huge copy of the schedule on a bulletin board at my place!

Our wonderful Kraziedog uses his awesome negotiating skills to nab us the best deal with the hotel every year: that process is getting underway as we speak and we'll have exact prices for you soon! Now, for those who don't know:
RULES FOR BELLA BASH:
The Bash may be the most relaxed and groovy gathering of the year, but we do have a few ground rules to keep y'all safe and happy:
1. ACT LIKE YOU WERE RAISED CORRECTLY. Respect my home, the hotel, and your fellow Bashers. Ask before you touch: that applies to other people's bodies, their possessions, etc. Keep the party fun and friendly by keeping your hands to yourself until you've made sure you have permission to play/touch/sniff/whatever
2. WE GOT 99 PROBLEMS BUT THE BASH AIN'T ONE: we're proud to say that Bella Bash is as drama-free as possible, no gossiping or otherwise making fellow Bashers unhappy: you don't wanna test me and yes I do have a Brute Squad; if you're asked to leave on Saturday and your flight doesn't leave 'til Monday that's entirely your problem.
3. SAFEWORDS ARE ALWAYS RESPECTED. Make your own rules and you'll be making your way home, 'nuff said.
4. WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT IN MY VAN. You won't like the consequences
5. COME TO BELLA, BRUCE, OR BILL WITH ANY ISSUES/QUESTIONS. if you're feeling uncomfortable or overwhelmed, not sure what's next on the weekend agenda, if someone is behaving in a way that you feel isn't good for the party...do not hesitate to come to us, that's what we're here for!
6. GETCHA BOOGIE ON!
