Chelsea was lifting weights to make herself stronger.
Cecil: Whatcha doing neicy?
Chelsea: Oh, I'm lifting weights Uncle Cecil.
Cecil: I see, let me help you.
Chelsea didn't know what was coming for her but it was too late.
Cecil suddenly started tickling Chelsea, causing her to slowly lose her grip. She was giggling and laughing but she prevented from having the weights strangle her and choke her. However, she didn't enjoy tickling.
Chelsea: Hahahahaha! Stop tickling me please! Hahahahahahahaha! I didn't do anything wrong Uncle Cecil! No! Hahahahahahaha! Stop it!
Cecil: I wanted to play with you neicy, is that bad?
Chelsea couldn't answer his question, she was laughing way too much!
Suddenly, Chelsea tossed the weights to the side. Cecil had more access to her armpits, her weakest point.
Chelsea: Nooo! Hahahahahahahahahahaha! Stop it! Hahahahahaha! Please! Daddy! Help!
She kept calling for her daddy or somebody to come help her.
Sideshow Bob: What the hell?
Then Sideshow Bob picked up Chelsea and put her down.
Sideshow Bob: What's going on?
Chelsea: Daddy, Uncle Cecil won't stop playing. I was only trying to make myself stronger.
He looked at Cecil suspiciously.
Cecil: I was making sure she didn't get hurt, that's all.
Gino: Papa, are you alright?
Sideshow Bob: Oh it's nothing, I just discovered your sister's ticklish.
Chelsea: Thanks a lot Daddy. I'm going to go play now.
Sideshow Bob: Okay dear, run along.
