It's "Truth or Dare Week" at the campus of North East Florida State. Angie, Jenny, Candice, Emily, and Jessi are all pledging sorority at NEFS. Jill the sorority leader has to give the girls dares for "Truth or Dare Week" or tell a really personal truth about themselfs. If a pledge takes the dare she is almost 99% chance to join the sorority.
Jill gives all 5 pledges the same dare to perform. Terri is a 40 something woman who lives near the school campus owns a vase that has been in her family for years. Jill wants the pledges to steal the vase for the sorority house. The girls all agree to do it. They sneak into Terri's house late at night when Terri is sleeping steal the vase and bring it back to Jill and the sorority house, but Terri was awake and saw the girls steal the vase. Rather then call campus police she takes matters into her own hands. Terri sneaks into the sorority house finds the vase when she was sure no one was around, she quickly ran to the vase and grabbed it. She turned to head back to the exit and saw her
way blocked by Jill. Jill turned the lights on Terri was quickly grabbed by her arms by the 5 pledges. Jill walks up to Terri and said "You must also be dealt with. Severely." Are you ticklish and with that while the 5 pledges held Terri, Jill starts tickling Terri's ribs and underarms Terris goes nuts with laughter as she falls to the floor laughing and the pledges trying to hold her down while Jill keeps tickling her up and down her rib cage. Jill tells the 5 pledges "we need to teach this intruder a lesson. Pledges Jill said "Take her to the Place of Punishment. Quickly, now." With that the 5 pledges take Terri to the basement of the sorority house her arms and legs have been secured with cuffs to the legs under the table in the middle of the room. “Hey, what’s going on?” she asks with a hint of worry in her voice. Now all the girls from the sorority are sitting around the table Jill tells the sorority members "we have an intruder we also have 5 pledges Angie, Jenny, Candice, Emily, and Jessi who will remove the intruders flip-flops and tickle her feet until she has learn her lesson if they perform this task all five pledges will become part of our sorority. Terri screams “Girls, this is crazy! You can’t torture" Jill tells the pledges "Tickle her feet!" Without a hint of emotion on their faces, the girls lean toward Terri's feet and began to slowly stroke her soft skin. Terri immediately began to giggle. "Teeheeheeheehee.
No, pleaheeheeheeheeheese." “No..please…no more…I just can’t take it…I - HAHAHAHAHAHA” as the 5 pledges deviously glides their fingernails over her defenseless feet. "NO-HO-HO-HO-HO-HO . . . PLEA-HEE-HEE-HEE-HEES . . .STO-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA . . . " The pledges tickled Terri's feet for 30min. while Jill and the other sorority woman looked on. Just when Terri thought she would lose her mind completely, Jill calmly ordered her girls to stop. They obeyed. "I believe you have learned your lesson." Jill said. The the pledges released her.
After releasing Terri when she thought nobody was looking she quickly grabbed her vase and ran barefoot home. One of the older sorority women came running to Jill. We could not capture her . . . "
"she took her vase back!" Jill' eyes widened, as one the older sororotiy women Kim walked up behind her. "You should not have been so forgiving, Jill," she said seriously. Jill twirled to face Kim.
"You yourself said that no one knows our laws better than you. You must realize what the consequences of what you have failed to do must be." Jill' face turned pale as the 5 pledges
encircled her, firmly grabbing her by the arms. "Sisters . . . " Kim began. "Kim . . . " Jill breathed. " . . . take her to . . ." "Kim, no . . . " " . . . the Place of Punishment."
Jill was strapped to the table barefoot bra and panties ALL THE GIRLS FROM THE SORORITY advanced on her with wriggling fingers, and Jill began to struggle futilely on the table even before they reached her.
