I read it and I've mixed feelings.
The writing is good. The story is... well I think good but not my type.
I find it personnaly really sick and disturbing. I have no sympathy for neither Cheryl nor Dennis.
Dennis in my mind is sick, psycho and dangerous and Cheryl is as sick as him and stupid. Stockholm Syndrome and manipulation are not really what I enjoy.
I'm sorry if my opinion deceive you but I had to say it. I would prefer to see a girl like Kate with some nice but shy guy to show her his fetish with love story and kinky moment but this... too disturbing for me.
Still I did like some moment and the writing style.

Anyway good luck for you and still thanks for the possibility to read it freely.

Well to add some more info about what I said yesteray. Your characters are real indeed. You did a great job making this work and well... it works. This is plausible. This "reality" is maybe what's disturbing me. There is a ton of other stories with tickling abuse which do not make this effect on me.
I don't really know but well done still. Keep going
