well the name says it all, but I have to admit I'll take them any way I can.

I'd have to say stockings, as I believe they make feet a lot more ticklish! :D
 
Bare nails, or maybe clear varnish for me.
 
As a 'lee, I have to say that I prefer my feet to be nylon-clad, and not because of the level of ticklishness (it's actually to my disadvantage as they are more ticklish in nylons :p), so much as a personal preference - ticklish or not, I've never cared for my bare feet being touched.
