I see from the search that Rohana used to post here, and his stuff appeared in some MTJPub issues as well. But I don't see anything of his for several years now.
I don't know if there was a falling out or if I'm stepping on anyone's toes by posting it here, but he has a very active DeviantArt page and his stories are fantastic (he's now expanding into "choose your own adventure" games as well). All free and available to the public. I consider it a public service to direct people to them.
Not all of his stories include tickling, but a great many of them do. So here:
