Sorry it took so long to post the second part, things got kinda crazy with the holiday and I had a bout with the flu on top of that. Hope you enjoy it.
Billy's mouth went dry and his heart began to beat faster as he starred at the wheel, Kelly picked up the dice and the sound they made on the wooden board seemed unnaturally loud in billy's mind. His eye's though were still glued to the wheel and the picture of a torso with arrows pointing to both underarms. He'd begun straining against the ropes trying to pull his arms down the second the wheel had stopped, little beads of sweat were forming on his brow from the effort that he knew was useless. His eye's snapped over to kelly when he heard her give a little exclamtion of disapointment and a feeling of relief washed over him when she announced she'd rolled a three and a one this time. The other girls of course didn't show her any sympathy, reminding her that she'd already had a ten minute turn and to stop acting so greedy. Billy's only thoughts though was on what he knew was about to happen, he knew four minutes wasn't very long compared to the ten minutes he'd just endured but it wasn't the time he was thinking about but where he was going to be tickled next.
Kelly once again locked her eye's onto billy's as she moved to his side and slowly, almost seniously straddled his waist. Her lips were once again curved into that wicked smile and her eye's seemed to gleam as her white nylon covered legs settled beside his bare sides. Billy knew it was all in his mind but when kelly showed him her nails this time they seemed to be longer than when she was tickling his foot. He once again clamped his lips shut and locked his jaw as her fingers slowly moved down toward his unprotected underarms. Unlike when she'd tickled his foot there was no waiting this time as her nails and fingertips began to scratch, scrape, and prod over the senstive skin. Billy didn't even last ten seconds this time as the laughter quickly exploded out of his mouth and continued to grow faster and harder with each passing second. The tickling sensations slamming into his brain seemed ten times as intense this time as a small part of his brain wondered if a person could actually be tickled to death.
Kelly had realized verily quickly that she got a more intense reaction when she used her nails and begain testing inch by inch trying to find the best spot(s) to concentrate on. Billy's mind was quickly taken over by the ticklish sensations from her dancing nails as his laughter rang through the room and out into the night. A small part of his mind followed what the girls were doing while the rest wrestled with the wide range of emotions that were raging through his mind. He was surprised to find that the fear he had felt at first was no longer present, humiliation was the biggest emotion he was feeling along with anger at letting himself get put into that situation. He was confused and ashamed to find that a small part of him was actually feeling excitement so he ruthlessly crushed that emotion and concentrated on the other two.
His eye's snapped open as he heard a yelp of excitement from the table, turning his head he saw melissa stand up and walk toward the wheel as the other girls moved their chairs back beside the bed. There were still a few grumblings as the other girls took their seats and melissa reached up and spun the wheel. The clicking of the wheel echoed in billy's mind as he watched it spin round and round his heart beginning to beat faster and faster as the clicks grew farther and farther apart till it finally stopped. His head sank back into the pillow and he closed his eye's as a feeling of relief washed over him, the wheel had stopped at both feet this time and while he knew it was going to be intense at least it hadn't been his underarms again. He heard the dice roll again and his eye's snapped open and he let out a small groan when melissa announced she'd rolled double sixes. There were more grumblings from the four girls who hadn't gotten a turn yet as melissa climbed onto the bed and settled herself facing billy's stretched out soles and toes.

Billy felt melissa move off the bed as he laid there gasping in breaths between the giggles that continued to flow from his open mouth. He didn't bother to open his eye's as he heard the wheel begin it's now familiar cklickity click once again, the feeling of excitement that he'd squashed earlier returned with a vengence but once again with some effort he was able to bury it.

Once again he heard the sound of chairs moving followed by cards being shuffled as he lay there with his eye's still shut and his breathing slowly returning to normal.
