Billy laid there for a minute with his eye's shut until he finally got his breathing under control, he realized now that was why the girls had all started smiling and laughing when he had asked if he could hit the pipe and why victoria had seemed so intent when she'd asked if he was sure he wanted to do that. A moment's elation and belief that he was going to be released was quickly dampened by the look in victoria's eye's and that still present wicked grin, she then told him that the second round would soon start and there were changes that he needed to be made aware of. Billy could still hear sounds from behind victoria so he knew sarah and kelly were doing more than just taking down the wheel but he once again his eye's seemed locked with victoria's. She told billy that during this round seven cards were picked out of the deck, two of the cards were the same number and whichever two girls got those cards did the tickling. The tickling would last five, ten, or fifteen minutes depending on the new dice they were using, and where he was to be tickled would be decided by a spin of the second rounds wheel(also made by sarah). As those words left her mouth she stepped to the side so billy could see the new wheel, his eye's widened and his mouth dropped open as his heart and pulse began to race and a feeling of excitement and dread shot through his body.
