holiday story search

Hello,

I'm searching for a story that is holiday themed, what can I say, I'm feeling festive! It is a story that revolves around a girl in a store, and I believe she is first tied and tickled by elves or some type of Santa Helper (I believe the story mentions they sound/speak German). Then the story ends with the girl getting tickled by Santa. Does anyone know of this story?
