Actually to me the money was not that good. On good trips they average about maybe 50000 dollars for the whole season. Not great considering all the danger.

Its a rather low level spell. To be honest I have only seen it used on objects. Anything powerful enough to cast a spell worth anything rarely bothers with curses on beings. It tends to be in the area of frauds and inept spell casters hence the reason I asked if they work.
