This is mainly regarding tax laws but also some liability stuff. I probably have to form a LLC (legally limited corporation) so my personal assets are protected in case of any problems.

I was drinking diet coke for a really long time. But in my region of MA, the coke 12 packs are flat. It's been consistently yucky for about a month, even though I've tried purchasing it at different stores. So, I've switched to pepsi, and it is not as good as the coke was in the past. :disgust:
