That will be the real problem. :shake: Like I said in P and R though no matter what these rulings will cast enough doubt that this law will be hard to enforce. A government can only enforce laws that people find reasonable not ones that everyone objects too. :)

Ruling just came out today. At this point its a matter for the Supreme Court in all likelyhood. That ruling is by no means certain since the Supreme Court is a bit more to the left these days. :)

The problem is no one really knows whats in it. Its over 2500 pages long but its even worse then that to try to make sense of it you need several other massive laws on tax code and other stuff of about the same length that are referenced in the main bill to have any chance of understanding it. :eek:

The storm last night was an ice storm, not a snow storm. We got the roads and sidewalks all covered in ice. :eek:

They had even more ice north of the city and it knocked down some tree limbs and power lines. :(

Ice storms are very bad. They load up trees and power lines with tons of ice and often the weight causes them to break. :eek:

In windier parts of LA we have the power lines underground but because of earthquakes its not very common at all.

There is something in the new health care bill having nothing to do with health care that say if any institution spends more then 600 dollars on any good you file another tax form and pay more taxes. So if I incorpate now and i buy any software or anything and it totals 600 dollars or more I get taxed :Grrr: my company is just starting out. God I hate this adminstration.

Unions are exempt till 2018 and then they have to pay taxes on their plans if they are too good.

The bill is 2500 pages long and needs several large other law books to be able to decipher. The truth is no one really knows what was signed on too. :eek:
