I know the desert will get very cold at night because there usually is never any cloud cover to keep the heat in. So it can go from well over a 100 to freezing very easily. :eek:

Yes, sometimes the physical cable connection comes loose from the modem or from the cable box. If you don't check that first and call for service instead, they will not be there long to reconnect it.
